Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with a refund of your deposit minus a $5 processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, except in cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by Rocky Bend Flint River Retreat

Rocky Bend Flint River Retreat offers refunds for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled stay. Refunds will be processed back to the customer within 24 to 72 hours of the cancellation request. Please contact us directly to initiate your refund.
